Founded in 2000, Cash on the Move pioneered the mobile ATM concept in the UK, providing event visitors with access to cash onsite for the very first time. This service had a major impact on the UK event industry and contributed to its growth – with events of the calibre of Glastonbury Festival, Royal Ascot, Glasgow Commonwealth Games & The Ryder Cup among many who welcomed the facility. Our event ATM solutions have continuously improved over the years; from ATMs housed in simple marquees and trailers, to state-of-the-art Cash Cubes and bespoke cash-in-transit vehicles housing banks of ATMs communicating via multiple telecommunication systems – allowing for cash services to be provided anywhere, at any time.

Cash on the Move is now Europe’s largest provider of event ATMs and continues to offer temporary cash services, encompassing onsite banking and float provision.

Due to our strong links within the event industry sector, we began supplying fixed ATMs – primarily within event venues such as Olympia London & the NEC Birmingham – who remain as clients today after many successful years working together. Operating ATMs effectively at sea was also a problem that we solved and together with our clients P&O and Stenaline, we continue to provide ATMs on their respective fleets. This entry into the fixed ATM marketplace was expanded, with ATMs installed in a variety of locations nationwide over recent years, establishing Cash on the Move as a specialist deployer of Retail ATMs in the UK.

2021 sees Cash on the Move well positioned with a robust transaction processing platform, supporting our strong and experienced management team and technical services operation, all working seamlessly in compliance with LINK Membership standards.
